Q-Storming

Ask the right questions if you’re going to find the right answers’ V. Redgrave

If I had to explain Question storming in a sentence, I’d say that it’s a way to start if you don’t know where to start. It’s a simple yet powerful technique that helps you get unstuck, get started or simply get more out of your regular brainstorming sessions.

Instead of focusing only on what is known, Q-storming helps you discover the realm of unknowns. It helps you to understand the problem you’re facing, uncover paths and perspectives you didn’t even know existed. All of that helps you better prepare to solve the challenge you have in front of you.

However, trying it once is better than a thousand words, so join us and learn to Q-storm.

I’ve been practicing Agile for over 5 years now and only scratched the surface. The idea of evergoing learning and improvement fascinates me. I enjoy gathering new ideas and techniques, discussing them with fellow practitioners and spending long hours talking about Agile, however I truly believe that the best way to learn is to practice.

Over those years working with multiple teams I’ve learned a thing or two and am glad to share it with other Agilists.
