People are not "resources". This belief led me on a 15 years journey of being a Developer, then Scrum Master and later Head of Department. As of today I'm helping companies to reach their goals as a professional Agile Coach. My aim is to impact businesses and individuals to adopt leadership practices that are both profitable and work well with human beings i.e. people - you and me.
